By creating an account, posting a job, subscribing, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose & Nature of the Platform
Strongmanrequired operates solely as an online marketplace platform connecting people seeking help with physical tasks (“Job Posters”) with independent third-party service providers (“Members”).
Strongmanrequired:
- does not provide physical services;
- does not employ Members;
- does not act as an agency;
- does not supervise, direct, or control the execution of jobs;
- acts solely as a workforce marketplace platform.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- an employment relationship;
- a partnership;
- an agency relationship;
- or any form of subcontracting
between Job Posters, Members, and Strongmanrequired.
2. Payments & Financial Responsibility
All financial arrangements are agreed directly between the Job Poster and the Member.
Strongmanrequired:
- does not collect, process, or hold job payments;
- does not intervene in payment disputes;
- does not guarantee payment, recovery, or enforcement.
3. Moderation, Suspension & Termination
Strongmanrequired reserves the right to:
- review, modify, suspend, or remove job postings;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- take action without prior notice if necessary to protect users or the platform.
No compensation or refund shall be due in such cases.
4. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to the Terms
Strongmanrequired may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Cancellation Policy
At StrongManRequired.com, members may cancel their membership at any time by using the cancellation option within their account or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, the member’s subscription will not renew for the next billing period. However, the member will continue to have access to the platform and all membership benefits for the remainder of their current membership period.
Please note that once a membership has been cancelled, the member’s profile will display a status indicating that their membership has been cancelled. This status may be visible to job posters and other relevant users of the platform.
Refunds are available only within the first 14 days of the initial membership purchase, provided the member has not breached the platform’s terms and conditions.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, membership fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership with StrongManRequired.com, you agree to this cancellation policy.
JOB POSTERS
Eligibility & Responsibilities
- must provide accurate, truthful, and complete job descriptions;
- must disclose relevant conditions, risks, and requirements;
- must comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- must not post misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content;
- must comply with all platform rules and moderation decisions;
- must include a clear payment budget within the job post;
- are responsible for the content and accuracy of their job postings.
Fees
- £1 per standard job posting.
The £1 payment helps verify that job posts are genuine and not AI-generated or fraudulent.
MEMBERS
Independent Contractor Status
- Members affirm and warrant that they act as independent contractors.
Strongmanrequired does not verify a Member’s legal or tax status.
Any false declaration may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
Registration Conditions
- must provide accurate information;
- must create only one account;
- must not impersonate any third party;
- must be aged 18 or over.
Platform Use & Job Access
- access to jobs depends on the subscription selected;
- Members are free to accept or refuse any job;
- there is no obligation of availability or minimum activity;
- Strongmanrequired does not guarantee job volume, income, or continuity of opportunities;
- Members must not upload or share unlawful, abusive, or prohibited content.
General Obligations
- Members must act in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner.
Public Liability Insurance
Members may benefit from obtaining public liability insurance when operating as independent contractors.
Ashburnham Insurance Services may provide suitable insurance options.
